Refunds, Cancellations, & rescheduling

If you are unhappy with the outcome of the service you received, please reach out to us using our Contact Form and we will work with you to make it right. By booking an in-person or remote/virtual service with us, you agree and understand that you are paying for our time, rather than a tangible product. Due to the nature of the services we offer, refunds will not be issued for services that have already been provided to you. In lieu of a refund, additional time for the same service may be booked at a discounted rate so we can meet your expectations for the task that was started.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any in-person service, and 4 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a remote/virtual service. Appointments cancelled without proper notice provided will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the original service that was booked. Appointments rescheduled after the proper notice deadline will be charged a late-rescheduling fee equal to 25% of the full cost of the service that was originally booked.

payment methods accepted

All payments are processed through Stripe. Available payment methods can be found on their website. All transactions will be processed in USD. Any currency conversion required and all associated fees will be the responsibility of the consumer.

payment data security and transmission policy

Your privacy and security is our highest priority, especially when it comes to your payment information and card data. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and are subject to Stripe’s Data Processing Agreement.

membership/subscription content

The content available through our membership or subscriptions are only to be accessed by the individuals that have successfully paid for the respective membership or subscription, and can not be shared. This includes but is not limited to site assets, images, videos, course material, and downloadable content.
